Mr Chien obtained his LLB from the University of London in 2001 and was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2008.  Before joining us, Mr Chien practised as a barrister-at-law in Hong Kong for six years.  With his background from the Bar, Mr Chien specializes in litigation and civil matters.
